At the outset of the project, I contacted three different solar companies, and Lightforce was the only one who responded, which immediately set them apart. What really stood out was their communication – they genuinely listened to what I needed and approached everything in a thoughtful and caring way. At every stage of the process, I felt heard and well supported, which made a big difference. The installation team were equally impressive. They were polite, respectful of the space, and kept everything clean and tidy while they worked. It made the whole experience feel seamless and stress free. The system itself has been excellent and is now covering 100% of my power needs, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The app that comes with the system and battery has been incredibly helpful as well. It’s given me clear insight into my energy usage and has helped me understand and reduce my power consumption quite dramatically. We reached a point where we needed to up our eco credentials as a B&B/Lodge. We've been pushing the eco-luxury angle, but we're relatively remote and not many players in the market would engage. Lightforce Solar did! From the first conversation there was great comms on how the process would work. There was no pressure at any point. The quote was well within tolerance of other prices we saw, for what we consider superior technology. We made changes to the quote at the point of choosing to move forward and there was a no hassles approach. It was simple and seamless. Given our remoteness there was risk on both sides, but by using online video tech it was possible for me to walk around the property describing what I wanted in terms of installation. I'd like to think I'm pretty savvy about the construction and potential of the house. We waited just very slightly longer than the proposed time, but, the dates actually worked to our advantage (end of season) and made it easy to get involved and support the team. The installation team were first class, they listened, and educated. We got, what we think is, the perfect build. It's early days and late autumn as I type. It's been live for less than one week and it's rained pretty much every day. But we've seen some real potential, with around 70% production compared to capacity (at times). The batteries are taking the load off our grid supply and allowing us to charge over night. Basically, it's been a first class experience from first call through to installation. I highly recommend this company, and we will be adding to our 'kit' and we'll be back in touch with them when we do.

Chose Lightforce over others as they listened to me and helped design a system perfect for me and my situation ... definitely not an off the shelf system that everyone gets. Most notable was the attention to details. Everything is very tidy which I appreciate. Total price very fair and in line with what I expected. Recommended to a friend who now has a solar system also thanks to Lightforce. His first comment to me after installation was how neat and tidy the installation was. As a builder he notices things like this. And remember, your installer will be your go to in case of a warranty claim so you want to feel comfortable with them. With Lightforce I do. Light Force Nelson provided the best quote(not the cheapest not the dearest ) that fitted my needs. The team were fantastic from first contact to the finished install. Great equipment through sigenergy and design of the install was brilliant and compact. The addition of a EV charger with the ability to charge from solar just puts a bigger smile on my face. The app is easy to use and very informative. Highly recommend you see these guys for your solar needs.

Lightforce provided good advice and a competitive quotation. They followed up with a tidy installation and again provided good advice at commissioning. After 8 months, the system has exceeded our expectations.

Well the panels have been on the roof for nearly a year and they haven’t blown off but they have significantly cut my electricity bills. Seriously thinking of adding a battery. Perhaps Lightforce might like to make an offer?

We did a LOT of research on solar and solar companies before choosing Lightforce and so glad we did. The initial meeting with Steve was really positive, he gave us even more insight and did not try to pressurise us in anyway. The guys who came to fit the system over 2.5 days were professional, courteous, and hardworking - they were in fact some of the best tradies we've come across. It's not a cliche when people say they wish they'd done it sooner - I wish we'd done it sooner! Just do it!

The Install , Commissioning staff were excellent. Having purchased both Panels and later a Battery. The system performs well and has greatly reduced my power consumption from the Electricity supplier.

Well, today was the final day of our install and what a pleasure working with the team. From the beginning, Sachin really knew his stuff. I’d done quite a bit of research about what I was after so I wasn’t jumping in blind, but Sachin was able to explain any of the knowledge gaps and was also able to explain why he was recommending something. The office team were quick to respond and, as promised, organised me an earlier install date as one came available. The two days of the install were smooth as butter. The team were professional and lightening fast. Every time I looked up it seemed like they’d accomplished major. There was only about an hour of downtime which was great as I kept working from home. Overall I would recommend them to all, thanks for making everything easy for us and for a VERY clean install.
