Your Sigenergy system uses a WIFI connection to communicate with the MySigen App and provide live system data, performance updates, and alerts.
In some situations, the system may need to be reconnected to a WIFI network, such as after changing your internet provider, updating your home WIFI settings, or experiencing a network outage.
This guide walks you through the steps to restore the connection, helping ensure your solar and battery system remains visible and easy to monitor within the MySigen App.
Before you start the step-by-step, you will need:
- The name and password for your home WIFI network.
- Physical access to your Sigen Inverter.
- The MySigen App, downloaded onto your mobile device.
WIFI Reconnection Steps:

If you do not have the app downloaded already, you will need to download it from the links above.
Step 2: Open Settings:
Tap the ‘Settings’ icon in the bottom right of the app.

Step 5: Scan The QR Code On Your Inverter
After pressing ‘Next‘, you will be prompted to scan the QR code on the side of your SigenStore unit, using the camera on your mobile device.
Tip:
You may need to grant permission for the MySigen App to access your device’s camera.
Step 5a: Manual Serial Number Entry (Optional)
If you are unable to scan your QR code, you can also input your Serial Number manually.
Your Serial Number can be found on the side of your Unit, next to the QR code.

Step 7: Connect To Your Inverter
You will be prompted with a request from the MySigen app to join a network attached to your Inverter, tap ‘Join‘
Step 8: Select Your Wi-Fi Network
On the next screen, you will be shown a list of Wi-Fi networks visible to your mobile device.
Find the name of your home Wi-Fi network on this list, and tap it to connect.
Tip:
If you are unable to see your Wi-Fi network, you may need to check the status of your router.
Confirm that this is turned on and connected.
Step 9: Enter Your Wi-Fi Password
After tapping on your Wi-Fi network name, you will be prompted to enter your Wi-Finetwork password.
Enter this, and tap ‘Join‘
