No, Airpoints Dollars™ can only be earned or spent for solar purchases made from 22nd April 2024 onwards.
How do I earn Airpoints Dollars™ with Lightforce Solar?
To earn Airpoints Dollars™, you must provide your valid Airpoints™ details when you make a solar purchase. Airpoints Dollars™ are awarded at a rate equivalent to 1 Airpoints Dollar™ for every $75 (including GST) spent on all solar purchases and products through Lightforce Solar.
When can I expect to receive my Airpoints Dollars™ once I decide to go solar with Lightforce Solar?
Airpoints Dollars™ earned through Lightforce Solar will be loaded onto your Airpoints™ account within 14 working days of your deposit being paid in full for your eligible purchase.
Can I earn Air New Zealand status points through Lightforce Solar?
No, earning Air New Zealand status points is not available through Lightforce Solar.
Can I spend Airpoints Dollars™ for my entire solar purchase with Lightforce Solar?
A maximum amount of 3000 Airpoints Dollars™ can be spent for each solar purchase with Lightforce Solar.
What happens if I cancel my order after spending Airpoints Dollars™?
If you spend Airpoints Dollars™ for your purchase with Lightforce Solar and your order is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, Lightforce Solar may deduct our Airpoints Dollars™ commission costs from the deposit, in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
Are there any limitations on Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ offers?
Yes, Lightforce Solar may offer extra Airpoints Dollars™ (Bonus Airpoints Dollars™) on eligible purchases, and these offers may change at any time without notice. Additionally, limited Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ offers may be made directly to selected Airpoints™ member customers at Lightforce Solar’s discretion.
Can I still earn Airpoints Dollars™ if I part pay with my Airpoints™ credit card?
Yes, if you use an Airpoints™ earning credit card for part of your transaction, you will earn Airpoints Dollars™ as per the terms and conditions of your credit card, in addition to the standard Lightforce Solar Airpoints™ offer
Can I still earn Airpoints Dollars™ if I part pay with bank loans or Qcard?
Yes, you can still earn Airpoints Dollars™ for purchases made with bank loans and with Interest free finance options.

Lightforce Solar 5x Bonus Airpoints™ Terms & Conditions
In partnership with Air New Zealand, Lightforce Solar customers can earn or spend Airpoints Dollars™ in accordance with the terms, conditions and exclusions below:
- Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ promotion is valid from 22 April to 26 May 2024 inclusive (Promotion Period).
- To be eligible for this offer you must register your interest for a solar purchase with Lightforce Solar during the Promotion Period and the sales process must be completed and the deposit received by Lightforce Solar no later than close of business on 30 June 2024. After this date the offer of 5x Airpoints Dollars™ will expire and our Airpoints Dollars™ standard rate will apply. Our standard rate is equivalent to 1 Airpoints Dollar™ for every $75 (including GST) spent.
- For those eligible for this offer Airpoints Dollars™ will be awarded at 5 times our standard rate. This Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ promotion rate is equivalent to 5 Airpoints Dollar™ for every $75 (including GST) spent.
- For any solar purchase with Lightforce Solar you can either earn Airpoints Dollars™.
- For purchases to be eligible, customers must provide their valid Airpoints™ details at the time of making a solar purchase of goods or services.
- We may offer extra Airpoints Dollars™ (Bonus Airpoints Dollars™) on eligible purchases. These goods and/or the number of Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ may change at any time without notice.
- We may also make limited Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ offers direct to all or to selected Airpoints™ member customers at our discretion.
- Airpoints Dollars™ earned through Lightforce Solar will be loaded into your Airpoints™ account within 14 working days of your deposit being paid in full for your eligible purchase.

- If you spend Airpoints Dollars™ for your purchase with Lightforce Solar and your order is cancelled after the deposit has been paid Lightforce Solar can deduct from the deposit our Airpoints Dollars™ commission costs in addition to our Standard Terms and Conditions.
- By earning or spending Airpoints Dollars™ through Lightforce Solar you authorise us to collect, use and disclose the personal information we have collected from you, including information about your Airpoints™ membership, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Lightforce Solar Privacy Policy and the Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Terms and Conditions.
- We may also collect personal information about you on an anonymised and limited basis from Air New Zealand or its other Airpoints™ partners, including information about your membership of Airpoints™ and about where and when you earn Airpoints Dollars™, and share that information with Air New Zealand and other Airpoints™ partners.
- We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice: change these Terms and Conditions at any time if Air New Zealand changes the Air New Zealand Airpoints™ Terms and Conditions; or stop awarding Airpoints Dollars™ to you at any time at our discretion if we cease to be a partner in Air New Zealand’s Airpoints™
