These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Lightforce Solar Customer Referral Programme (“Programme”). By participating, referrers agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Programme is open to Lightforce Solar customers and members of the public who refer new customers to Lightforce Solar. 1.2. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age. 1.3. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Lightforce Solar (and their immediate family members) are not eligible. 1.4. Referrers must be in good standing with Lightforce Solar (e.g., no outstanding payments or disputes).

2. What Counts as a Valid Referral

A referral is considered valid when:
2.1. The referred customer (“Referred Customer”):

· Is a new customer who has not previously contacted Lightforce Solar or appeared in our lead database.

· All customer referrals must be submitted through the official Lightforce Solar Referral Form located on the Lightforce Solar website.

· A referral is considered valid once the Referrer has completed and successfully submitted the online referral form.

· Referrals made through any other means — including but not limited to email, phone, or verbal introductions — will qualify for the referral reward but the form on the website needs to be submitted for accuracy and tracking for your referral.

· The timestamp generated upon submission of the online referral form will determine referral priority in cases where multiple referrers submit the same customer.

· The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted in the referral form is accurate and complete.

2.2. Only one Referrer may claim a referral reward per Referred Customer. If duplicate referrals occur, the earliest valid submission will be accepted.

3. Referral Reward

3.1. The reward is $200 NZD per successful referral that results in a fully completed solar system sale and final payment by the Referred Customer.

3.2. A “successful referral” is achieved when:

· The Referred Customer signs a contract with Lightforce Solar;

· The Referred Customer has paid all invoices in full.

4. Reward Payment Timing

4.1. Referral rewards will be paid by the end of the month following the Referred Customer’s final payment. 4.2. Payments will be made into the Referrer’s nominated NZ bank account.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

5.1. Self-referrals are not allowed. Referrers may not refer themselves, their own property, or any project they financially benefit from. 5.2. Businesses, brokers, or those attempting to commercially resell referrals may be disqualified. 5.3. Existing Lightforce Solar customers seeking system upgrades, add-ons, or additional installations are not eligible referrals. 5.4. Referral rewards will not be issued for projects that are cancelled, unpaid, incomplete, or unable to proceed for any reason outside Lightforce Solar’s control.

6. Privacy

6.1. By participating, Referrers consent to Lightforce Solar collecting and storing their information for the purpose of administering the Programme. 6.2. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Lightforce Solar Privacy Policy and the NZ Privacy Act 2020.

7. Programme Changes

7.1. Lightforce Solar may modify, pause, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice, consistent with industry standards. 7.2. Valid referrals submitted before any Programme change will be honoured under the Terms active at the time of submission.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If a Referrer does not agree to these Terms, they are not authorised to participate.
