Buy one Battery Module and get the second one half price

1. Offer – Buy one eligible Battery Module and receive a second Battery Module of the same model at 50% off the then-current standard price (the “Battery Offer”). Discount applies to the second Battery Module only.
2. Offer Period – The Offer is valid for all customer enquires that attended the Rotorua Home show (20^th February to 22^nd February 2026)
3. Eligibility – Open to residential Home Solar customers in Lightforce Solar’s standard service areas within New  Zealand.
4. Offer applies to new quotes issued during the Offer Period and accepted within their stated validity. Existing quotes or contracts are excluded.
5. The 50% discount applies only to the second Battery Module of the same model as the first, within the same order and installation.
6. The Offer excludes all other products and services, including but not limited to inverters, PV panels, mounting, balance-of-system, switchboard works, additional cabling, labour/installation, permits, compliance fees, scaffolding, travel, variations, and any third-party fees.
7. Pricing & Discount Application – The discount is calculated on Lightforce Solar’s standard retail price at the time your quote is prepared.
8. Limits – One discounted Battery Module per customer, per site address, during the Offer Period.

General

1. 1. Once you register your details with Lightforce Solar during the promotional period, your eligibility for the “Battery offer” will be secured, regardless of your future installation date.
   2. This offer is valid for Residential properties only. All prices are GST inclusive.
   3. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, subsidy, or voucher unless expressly stated in writing by Lightforce Solar
   4. All of our installations are subject to our standard terms of service. If we identify that your installation will require additional work or costs we will provide you with a customised quote which you must accept before we start work.
   5. The Offer is not redeemable for cash, system credit, or a discount on non-battery items.
   6. To be eligible for the bonus Airpoints Dollars the property for installation must be located within a 50km radius of your nearest Hub.

Roof Pitch
Our standard installations are suitable for properties with a maximum roof pitch of 25 degrees. Installations on steeper roofs may require customised solutions and incur additional charges. Scaffolding if required is an additional cost.

Installation and Travel

1. 1. Our standard pricing package includes standard installation and travel within 50 kilometres of one of our seven Lightforce hub locations.
   2. If your property is located more than 50km from one of our hub locations, an additional travel surcharge may apply. Travel charges will be calculated based on the additional distance and take account of any aspects of gaining access to your site.

Switchboard Requirements

1. 1. Our installations require adequate space in your existing switchboard and our standard pricing package allows for a maximum cable run of 5 metres from the switchboard to the inverter or battery.
   2. If additional cabling is required, or if the switchboard does not meet current safety standards (particularly for whole home backup), additional costs may be incurred to upgrade or modify the setup accordingly.

Roof Type
Our standard installation pricing is based on installing solar panels on a corrugated iron roof. Installations on other roofing types (e.g., tile, decramastic, membrane) may involve additional labour or mounting system costs.

Electrical Compliance – AS/NZS 3000

1. 1. All installations must comply with the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules. In some cases, this may require additional mechanical protection, including (but not limited to) bollards for wall-mounted battery systems located on rear or side walls.
   2. The electrical compliance requirements are assessed on-site, particularly where batteries are at risk of damage from normal vehicle movements (e.g., in driveways or garages).
