The design and integration of the system has been superb. I particularly appreciated the regular progress reports and the feedback after the installation.
The install crew were amazing. Their workmanship was superb- neat and tidy. Blue and the crew cleaned up the garage and left it better than they found it. It was even vacuumed!
I am a very ‘happy camper’ - especially to see that I am 98% independent of the grid! I would recommend Lightforce to anyone interested in a solar solution.

From initial contact to installation Lightforce Solar exceeded expectations. Javan the salesperson was excellent and Craig the installer worked well with the builders. Craig managed a few visits to pre wire when the ceiling was down which made the job easier. Ran into Craig on the ferry from Picton and had a good chat about solar. I highly recommend Lightforce as they are truely professional.

Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Even through the dead of winter, it has taken a reasonable chunk off our bills. Looking forward to our first summer with the system in place.

Our home solar was finally installed last month by Lightforce - woohoo! We went for a 16-p/inverter option for now, with allowance of a battery add at a later/future stage. The whole project was completed over a 2-day period by their awesome Wgn team of 3 of their experts assigned to look after us - Ryan, Michael and Kane (tech/electrician/roofer pros).

As the saying goes, it’s all the littlest things that tick all the biggest boxes – the great customer care and attention to detail from these guys were nothing short of perfect! The Wgn crew were simply amazing and absolutely awesome right from the get go – smack on time (even a courtesy call from Ryan to inform they were on the way!), very professional, courteous and tidy, and exercised great caution accessing and moving around the roof and property. We were initially worried about movements up on the roof from a past separate unpleasant experience with a different roofing contractor in our previous home. These guys were real pros and gave us great confidence after explaining very clearly to us the approach they were going to use. We did notice that the south end of our spouting used to access the roof was a little off angle on completion of the job, most likely from the weight of the ladder placed on it. Not a biggie to affect our rating for the team for the great job done and was something that was relatively easy to fix to level off the spouting again.

Thank you all very much indeed Ryan, Michael and Kane for the fantastic mahi you guys did to get us solar-ised, including your great patience answering our umpteen number of questions! Thanks a ton also to Ryan for explaining and running thru’ the technical aspects to us in understandable “layperson’s” terms and ensuring we weren’t confused by all the tech jargons – we appreciate this very much as it greatly helped our further understanding and getting the best out of our system and investment.

Much thanks to the whole Lightforce team involved in our solar journey – Jake initially and subsequently Jay from the Consult team, your Customer Care and Finance teams, and of course, the FANTASTIC Wgn crew above! Absolutely no regrets going with LFS in the end – the final deciding factor for us was their end-to-end business model and full in-house teams handling ALL aspects of the installation and after-care. At time of this feedback, we had a minor system-halt issue over the weekend but many thanks to Ryan for his prompt guidance in getting us up and running again in no time! We have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever recommending Lightforce to friends and associates who are considering investment in solar and are happy to endorse their great work including the confidence knowing they will look after us and all their clients over the life of our investments - 110% Top Class Crew and Team!

Just fired up the mySigen app. Generated 45kw today. Great team. Quote was easy to understand. Installation was all good. A couple of problems to solve. Was sorted real quick. Next step is getting the new meter to be able to provide some energy back to the grid. My son was just telling how good that ability is. The roofs are there , the lands there. He's going to be in charge of monitoring. Thanks so much Lightforce Solar.

We've just had a 20 panel system installed along with an 8kw battery and inverter. All I can say is the whole process from working through the quote right through to the final install and commission was amazing. Everyone involved were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. The end result is we have a very tidy install which appears to be producing very close to the estimated amounts so we couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering solar.
