I'm a researcher and take time to make a decision and this one again was the right decision. Polite, Considerate, Professional and Expertise are some of the words that come to mind. Lightforce from start to finish have provided the support and understanding in transition from a Main Grid to a Solar Panels and Batteries convert, we are so happy with our choice, equally the Solar and the Company. Its a reasonably important financial decision to invest in solar but it has now come to a time where it absolutely stacks up and provides us the control over our financial direction as we get closer to Winstons Gold Pass, Grey Hair and a Reduction in Income. TERMS & CONDITIONS

General
- The Supersize Sale promotional offer is valid from Monday 14th July to Sunday 24th August 2025
- The Offer: For Every 10 panels you receive two additional free. For example – 10 Panels get 2 additional free | 20 panels get 4 additional free | 30 panels get 6 additional free . Battery offer: Buy one Sigenergy 8 kWh Battery Module and get the second Sigenergy 8kWh battery module at 25% off.
- We understand that discussion around a Solar package for your home may take some time, so once you have registered your details with us, then the deal will be valid irrespective of the future install date.
- The Supersize Sale Solar deal is valid for Residential properties only. All prices are GST inclusive.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- All our installations are subject to our standard terms of service. If we identify that your installation will require additional work or costs, we will provide you with a customised quote which you must accept before we start work.
Roof Pitch
- Our standard installations are suitable for properties with a maximum roof pitch of 25 degrees. Installations on steeper roofs may require customised solutions and incur additional charges. Scaffolding if required, is an additional cost.
Installation and Travel
- Our standard pricing package includes standard installation and travel within 50 kilometres of one of our seven Lightforce Solar hub locations.
  If your property is located more than 50km from one of our hub locations, an additional travel surcharge may apply. Travel charges will be calculated based on the additional distance and take account of any aspects of gaining access to your site.
Switchboard Requirements
- Our installations require adequate space in your existing switchboard and our standard pricing package allows for a maximum cable run of 5 metres from the switchboard to the inverter or battery.
- If additional cabling is required, or if the switchboard does not meet current safety standards (particularly for whole home backup), additional costs may be incurred to upgrade or modify the setup accordingly.
Roof Type
- Our standard installation pricing is based on installing solar panels on a corrugated iron roof. Installations on other roofing types (e.g., tile, decramastic, membrane) may involve additional labour or mounting system costs.
Electrical Compliance – AS/NZS 3000
- All installations must comply with the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules. In some cases, this may require additional mechanical protection, including (but not limited to) bollards for wall-mounted battery systems located on rear or side walls.
- The electrical compliance requirements are assessed on-site, particularly where batteries are at risk of damage from normal vehicle movements (e.g., in driveways or garages).
