24 Panels 2 battery 10kw inverter set up, a few Hiccups but they redeemed themselves. Had been looking at solar for a couple of years, with some savings and alot of research we were able to start the project. Sales: 5 stars We had a few online meetings with Jordan along with calls to discuss what we wanted. We gathered quotes from a number of companies. The big stand out during this process was Jordan not being pushy, he was real with his advice. Although we had quotes from others he never once bad mouthed them even tho some others tried to over sell us. He was able to do up a package that meet our needs with what we actually needed and not some massive system that we didnt need. This was the highlight of the process for us, Thanks Jordan!!! Between sales and install: 3.5 stars Between us signing the contract and install, we found communication was alittle slower. I followed up with Jordan who was able to get the answers for us. Pre install: 3 stars Because we are outside the Auckland area where they have their own crew we had contractors. Install was meant to start the monday so emailed to confirm on the friday to find out the contractors had pulled the pin. They then needed to fine another contractor to do the job and send all the equipment to them. We then got another few dates for install which were canceled and delayed due to the other jobs the contractors had. It was fair to say we werent happy and were considering pulling the pin on the project altogether this was escalated to a national manager. Received a call by the national manager after hours while he was heading home, he gave his assurance that we would have the project finished that week. The install: 5 Stars The redemption of the project!! Contractors from TEL turned up, install began. These guys were amazing and pulling some big hours to get the job done, here about 7:30am and not leaving until 6pm. They were friendly and hard working, keeping me informed every step of the way and seeking my opinion for where things went. Ive seen a few other places that have had solar installed. the way they have done it at my place is alot more tidy and clean than those ive seen. Would I recommend Lightforce? In a nutshell yes they have great knowledge of what they sell, the sales team didnt try upsell to something I didnt need and the install team was amazing. The system: SigEnergy 10W inverter and Gateway 2x 9kw SigEnergy batteries 24x Trina Vertex S 505W Panels Once the system went live we had non stop rain and cloud, the system still managed to grab 13.5KW of energy between 9am and 5pm which I was impressed with considering the conditions. Although I cant give a 5 star review because of the hiccups Jordan from sales and their contractors TEL made the experience a more positive one than negative. The solar is coming in and we are happy with the product so far.

Very happy. Great communication at every step of the process, they took care of all the paperwork, the team on the ground was very professional, tidy and friendly. Had my first power bill and it made a huge dent and the difference almost covered the finance costs, and that is in May and in Wellington. The GoodWe inverter that came with the 9 kW system allows you to drill into power usage by minute, let's you track individual household appliances and of course those clouds.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Lightforce Solar from start to finish. We’ve had a great experience with Lightforce Solar. They really helped us by tailoring a solution that matched our lifestyle, and the comms was great throughout. Really good price and choice of battery, panels etc. Really impressed with the personal touch - Ryan checked in to make sure we knew how to work everything (and gave us some great tips) and was a pleasure to deal with. We reached a point where we needed to up our eco credentials as a B&B/Lodge. We've been pushing the eco-luxury angle, but we're relatively remote and not many players in the market would engage. Lightforce Solar did! From the first conversation there was great comms on how the process would work. There was no pressure at any point. The quote was well within tolerance of other prices we saw, for what we consider superior technology. We made changes to the quote at the point of choosing to move forward and there was a no hassles approach. It was simple and seamless. Given our remoteness there was risk on both sides, but by using online video tech it was possible for me to walk around the property describing what I wanted in terms of installation. I'd like to think I'm pretty savvy about the construction and potential of the house. We waited just very slightly longer than the proposed time, but, the dates actually worked to our advantage (end of season) and made it easy to get involved and support the team. The installation team were first class, they listened, and educated. We got, what we think is, the perfect build. It's early days and late autumn as I type. It's been live for less than one week and it's rained pretty much every day. But we've seen some real potential, with around 70% production compared to capacity (at times). The batteries are taking the load off our grid supply and allowing us to charge over night. Basically, it's been a first class experience from first call through to installation. I highly recommend this company, and we will be adding to our 'kit' and we'll be back in touch with them when we do.

Can't say enough good things about Lightforce Solar. Chose Lightforce over others as they listened to me and helped design a system perfect for me and my situation ... definitely not an off the shelf system that everyone gets. Most notable was the attention to details. Everything is very tidy which I appreciate. Total price very fair and in line with what I expected. Recommended to a friend who now has a solar system also thanks to Lightforce. His first comment to me after installation was how neat and tidy the installation was. As a builder he notices things like this. And remember, your installer will be your go to in case of a warranty claim so you want to feel comfortable with them. With Lightforce I do. Great team of installers, very professional and respectful. Well priced with great quality of products and a great solution. Blu even came out on Christmas Eve to complete some problem solving! Really pleased with look of the Black 500w panels on the roof. I would definitely recommend them.

We have just had 27 panels and battery installed while we were also having our roof replaced and what a team! they were fantastic at keeping in touch and also with the roofers so that it all could be done at the same time with no drama or fuss. They kept us in the loop through the whole process and I can really recommend them to any one thinking about going solar. The app they give you so that you can monitor the panels, grid and how much you are exporting is highly addictive! We cant help but check in to see what they are doing. Thanks team!
