If you have access to the Energizer portal, have a look at the data on there, does it say “Standby mode”?
If it says standby mode, try restarting the battery
A) Turn off the isolator switch which is typically above the battery.
B) Turn off the isolator switch which is under the silver cap on the battery.
C) Wait a moment then turn both of the isolators back on and hold down the power button under the silver cap on the battery. ( you should hear a beep three times).
D) Apply steps A-C again after waiting 5 minutes.
